Female Office Admin Clerk up to 3.5k Aed For A High-End Salon in Dubai, Uae
• POSITION: Office Admin Clerk
• SALARY: Up to 3,500 AED full package depending on qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: High-End Salon
• LOCATION: Al Warqaa / Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or maximum 1-month
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ANY nationality, preferably FILIPINA
• Female, 30 years old and below
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Compiles and maintains records of business transactions and office activities of establishment, performing variety of following or similar clerical duties and utilizing knowledge of systems or procedures
• Copies data and compiles records and reports
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Requirements
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma holder
• Min. of 2 years of experience as an Office Admin, preferably from the salon industry
• UAE experience is an added advantage
• Proficient in MS Office
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
• Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
