Job description / Role
• Female Reservation Agent up to 5.5K AED for a Destination Company in Dubai
• To assist and support customers/ agents with the planning and booking aspect of their vacation over the phone or email.
• They answer customers’ questions, make travel suggestions and book hotels, transfer, tickets (if necessary) and other requirements by the clients.
Requirements
• Open to any nationality
• Female, 30 years old and below
• Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field
• Bachelor’s Degree or any Hospitality Management course is an advantage
• Excellent Microsoft Office and Photoshop skills
• Effective in analyzing the product of our different competitors
• Strong knowledge in negotiating and contracting of rates, special offers, allocation, release periods, etc.
• Coordinating with the Head Office team the loading, check, positioning of the contracts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service oriented and with good interpersonal skills
• Presentable and well-groomed
• Can join immediately
• Work Location: Dubai
• Salary up to 5,500 AED depending on experience and qualifications
