Job description / Role
• Researching Database online on all social media
• Make telephone calls to prospects
• Set up Appointments with prospective clients
• Initiate Email campaigns
• Maintain timely Follow-up’s with prospective clients
• Maintain professional relationship with existing clients to cross sell and keep the clients updated
• Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
• Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis
• Attend campaign briefings
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our clients products and services and the objectives of specific campaigns
• Maintain confidentiality
• Record details of opportunities and lead notes.
• Outbound calling or customer service experience
• Experienced in Appointment setting
• Expertise in handling social media
• Expertise in sourcing online database
• Excellent communication skills and strong telephone mannerisms
• Proven track record in a sales environment
• Ability to write detailed follow up notes for business reporting
• Mature attitude with a capability to discuss business issues
• Confident, self-motivated and commission driven
• Friendly personality and team player
• Preferably experienced in Financial services sector ( Working in Audit & Accounting firms, Banking ( Dealing with SME’s), Insurance( SME experience) , private funding associations or firms (Dealing in SME’s) )
• Preferably with Dubai experience
