Job Scope:

Title: FET Assistant Manager- Gulf & NAME

Main Job Purpose:

Finance Excellence Team Assistant Manager for Gulf & NAME is responsible for owning and continuously improving the end-to-end Financial Forecasting process (including S&OP). The role closely liaises with cross functions and requires strong stakeholder management to provide challenge to S&OP process and support business with identification of risks and opportunities.

He/she will also be responsible to drive initiatives in end-to-end process excellence and lead implementation of leading practices to drive automation, simplification and standardization across the region.

Key Accountabilities

- Deliver the total MCO forecast & individual category forecasts on a monthly basis, and review as per monthly timelines with the Finance Director and MCO LT
- Lead development of insights which drive productive action / improved business performance in the MCO FET (e.g. GM and mix performance, TTS)
- Lead the work on strengthening the S&OP and Financial Forecasting process and correlation
- Drive process excellence and seek out leading practices for automation, standardization and simplification of processes and tools across the region
- Support preparations for monthly / quarterly / adhoc executive meetings.

Requirements

Professional Skills / Relevant Experience:

- Bachelor / Masters degree in Finance
- Generating analysis into insights

Technical skills

- Excellent engagement, presentation and communication skills
- Ability to own and drive the agenda for the business
- Ability to work fluidly with data and across systems
- Ability to manage a large and complex set of stakeholders
- Strength in holding others accountable

Key Interfaces:

- FET head
- Gulf Finance Director
- Gulf MCO LT: provide outputs from the S&OP cash up / financial forecast
- CCBTS: works closely with CCBTs in different processes (S&OP cash up, gap closing etc)
- FBPs: interaction on risks and opportunities in Financial Forecast and interventions required
- Supply Chain: ensure full alignment on latest S&OP input and P&L
- CCD: interaction on TTS plans and budget requirement
- I&A: continuously optimize I&A and work on simplification initiatives
