FF&E Designer Luxury Residential

Job description / Role

This is a chance to join one of the most respected ultra-luxury studios in the market, a team known for creating bespoke residences and landmark projects for clients at the very top end. They are now looking for a Midweight FF&E Designer who can bring depth of knowledge and confidence to the team.

You’ll need proven experience working with the leading suppliers, artisans, and craftsmen across the luxury sector. The role requires someone who is comfortable curating and sourcing bespoke furniture, fabrics, finishes, and unique pieces, and who understands the expectations that come with working at this level. Attention to detail, a refined eye for quality, and the ability to manage FF&E packages from concept through to installation are all key.

The studio has built its reputation on discretion and excellence, and you’ll be working alongside designers who share the same values. This is not a place where you’ll be micromanaged, but where your knowledge and judgement will be trusted to deliver to the highest standards.

We are looking for someone who has worked in established studios on ultra-luxury projects, ideally with a portfolio that shows direct involvement in sourcing and specifying FF&E for high-end residential interiors. You’ll know the best suppliers and makers, both globally and regionally, and have the relationships to back it up.

The right person will be confident handling clients and presentations when needed, but equally strong in the detail, from developing schemes to coordinating with procurement and overseeing installation on site. Strong organisational skills and a calm, professional approach are essential, given the level of expectation these projects carry.

Salary:
AED 14,000 to 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
