FF & E Estimator

Job description / Role

This role will provide specific estimation, costing and quotations support to the Sales & Account Management team. Must be able to determine key variables for cost and other estimates, conduct research on suppliers, sites, warehouse, etc, conduct research on labour costs, materials, production times, etc, should be able to build relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. You will have to create and submit estimate reports or bids to account managers.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 13,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Must have proven experience as an Estimator. Must have the ability to use AUTOCAD, Excel and MS Project. Must have excellent communication skills in English. Should be familiar with financial and project management principles. in depth knowledge of research and data analysis methods and estimation formulas. Should be very organised, a self starter, have outstanding attention to detail and the ability to work on figures. Excellent negotiation skills and be very organised.
