Position Title: FF&E Specialist – High End Villa Projects
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 18K AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai-based design and build firm specializing in high-end residential renovations for luxury villas and private residences.

Job Description:
- Work with interior designers to understand project requirements and select FF&E that fits the design concept.
- Find and choose furniture, artwork, lighting, and other items that meet the project's budget, quality, and design standards & negotiate prices with suppliers, manage quotes, and handle vendor communications and relationships.
- Place orders, track production schedules, arrange shipping, and oversee on-site installation & ensure that all FF&E selections meet industry standards and project specifications through factory inspections and pre-shipment checks.
- Maintain detailed records of FF&E specifications, budgets, delivery schedules, and other relevant project information.

- Open to Asian & Arabic nationals, 36 years old and below
- At least 5 years experience handling FF&E procurement for high-end villas or luxury interior design projects, with strong knowledge of premium suppliers and materials
- Skilled in identifying high-quality furniture, fixtures, and equipment, negotiating with international and local vendors, and managing procurement timelines/budgets and has ability to interpret design drawings, specifications, and mood boards
- With proven ability to oversee logistics, delivery, installation, and snagging while maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring timely project execution

Salary:
AED 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
