Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A leading Distribution company is looking for a Field Force Supervisor who can lead, influence and encourage medical team to achieve agreed sales goal and market share through attracting, developing, motivating and retaining a workforce while maintaining the company's image according to the company policies and professional ethics.

Job Responsibilities:

· Shapes team vision aligns with company vision and influence team mobilization toward setting goals, developing productive workplace environment.
· Meets or exceeds targets within agreed budgets, timescales and resources (Sales volume, market share, sales growth, market expenses, free medical sample and human capital investment)
· Responsible for the combined performance of the team and for ensuring that everyone within the team reaches their targets.
· Supervises, coaches and develops team members' skills and performance - attracts, develops and retains talented medical reps.
· Conducts quarterly and annual performance review and appraisal for direct reports.
· Ensures medical team executes well-planned sales calls and achieve agreed daily call plans covering assigned territory (No. of calls, coverage, and frequency) and other CRM related activities
· Attend company meeting regularly as per direct manager instructions.
· Working closely with supportive teams to develop and execute sales tactics, tools and promotional materials.
· Responsible for staying abreast of market and competitor dynamics, providing regular feedback to management
· Work closely with KOL's customers, building strategic partnership for mutual benefits.

Requirements

· 5 years of UAE experience in the pharmaceutical or health care industry
· Bachelor's degree preferred
· Being Pro-Active with all the Operational action.
· Proper communication (2 level, up & down to be clear and direct).
· Team work spirit with specific job roles.
· Cooperation and collaboration between the departments.

Skills:

· A proven track record in managing a team of medical representatives.
· In-depth ability to work in a fast paced dynamic and highly competitive sales environment
· Strong written and oral communication skills.
· Excellent computer skills.
· Effective interpersonal and team building skills.
· Good persuasive and negotiation skills.
