Job description / Role
• Observes safe working practices, rules and regulations, reporting of hazards
• Knowledge of Work Permit Systems
• Knowledge of Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Valves, Loading Arms, Pig launchers
• Study of P&ID, PFD, Cause and Effect Diagrams
• Basic understanding of Instruments, Interlocks and Emergency Shutdown System
• Knowledge of tank/ truck gauging, sampling, surveying, tank inspections, pigging
• Knowledge of equipment preparation for maintenance including isolation, draining, steaming and other procedures as required
• Knowledge of Lock-out and Tag-out
• Field operations liaise with Panel Operator instructions
• Knowledge of chemical handling and storage
• Knowledge of Safety and Emergencies
Requirements
• Candidates must be Diploma in Chemical Engineering/ Bachelor of Science
• Candidate must have minimum of 5 Years in Refinery/ Petrochemicals/ Terminals
• Candidates should have communication skills in English language
