Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and interior design sectors.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, and industry events.

Relationship Management with Customer:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, developers and consultants.
• Understand clients' needs and offer customized solutions using company products.

Product Knowledge:
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the current product.
• Effectively communicate the features, advantages, and quality of company's product.

Sales Targets:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, adapting strategies as needed for continuous improvement.

Market Research:
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and market demands.
• Provide valuable insights to the management team based on market research findings.

Customer Support:
• Provide exceptional customer support by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing product information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process

Requirements:

• Proven experience in building materials sales & interior design sales.
• Minimum 3 years of experience required.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities.
• Knowledge of Building & Construction material is a must.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexibility for occasional travel.
• Must have a UAE driving license

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: As per UAE Labor Law
