Field Sales Executive

Join our dynamic travel and tourism team in Dubai as a Field Sales Executive. This exciting role offers the opportunity to drive sales growth by engaging directly with clients and expanding our market presence across the UAE. You will represent our brand, delivering exceptional service and building strong customer relationships to promote our travel packages and services.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients in the travel and tourism sector across Dubai and surrounding areas.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to promote our travel packages and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and understanding customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide customer feedback and insights to enhance promotional campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regional travel developments to effectively position our offerings.

- At least 2 years sales experience within the UAE within the travel and tourism industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong passion for customer service and travel.
- Ability to work independently while efficiently managing time
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
