Field Sales Executive

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role involves proactively engaging with clients in the industrial tools sector to drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and expand our market presence across the UAE.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers in the Plastic Pipe market within the UAE.
- Conduct on-site visits and product demonstrations to showcase our tools and solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and campaigns.
- Prepare sales reports and market feedback for management to inform product development and marketing efforts.
- Report to the Local Sales Manager

- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in industrial tools or a related sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a field-based role.
- Valid UAE driving license
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a proactive approach to solving problems.
