Position Title: Field Service Technician

About the client:
The hiring company is a well-known scent marketing company in Dubai, UAE.

Job Role:
• Responsible for installing, servicing, and providing technical support for fragrance systems
• Travel to client sites to install & service environmental fragrance systems that disperse fragrance into desired target areas
• Follow up with customers receiving service to verify expectations are achieved
• Interface with Client Relations personnel to coordinate shipment of replacement equipment when needed
• Perform prescribed preventative maintenance on equipment installed in client locations as required
• Perform basic diagnostics and repairs on installed equipment as required
• Perform onsite property survey and equipment specification as instructed in scope of work
• Prepare, complete and submit all technical paperwork per company guidelines
• Complete tasks as directed by installation & service schedules with minimum supervision

Requirements

Requirements:
• Open to any Asian nationals; preferably Indian and Filipino
• Male, 40 years old and below
• At least 3-5 years field experience as a mechanical technician using small hand tools
• Must have a valid UAE driver’s license
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work well with changing priorities
• Able to read and interpret building plans and blueprints
• Good understanding of HVAC mechanical systems as well as electrical
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
