Job description / Role
Charterhouse has partnered with an iconic luxury beauty brand which is looking to hire a proactive Field Supervisor with a background in luxury beauty or skincare to look after a large number of POS across the UAE.
The purpose of this role will be to oversee a number of Points of Sale within the designated area to drive brand performance and achieve wider business objectives.
The Field Supervisor will report directly to the Commercial Area Manager, however will be trusted to work with a high level of autonomy. In addition this role will be responsible for the sales development which includes setting up and monitoring the targets, ensuring the maximization of objectives, as well as recruiting and training Beauty Consultants across different POS locations.
This role will work very closely with the brand merchandisers, marketing team and the entire in-store teams to ensure the smooth operations of POS including stock control, sales reporting and brand activations. Due to the nature of the role, our client is seeking a versatile and flexible individual to conduct frequent travels and counter visits, with approximately 80% of the time spent in the field.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have experience working in a similar position within a luxury beauty sector. The role requites a retail-oriented individual with strong business acumen and commercial focus. You should be very proactive, eager to take initiative and capable of working with a high level of autonomy.
You must have excellent communication skills in English and preferably Arabic.
