Filipina HR Officer Up to 6k++ Aed for a High-End F&B Group in Abu Dhabi

• POSITION: HR Officer
• SALARY: up to 6,050 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation and transportation
• HIRING COMPANY: F&B Group
• LOCATION: Abu Dhabi, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to FILIPINO nationality
• Female, 35 years old and below

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management
• Minimum of 3-5 years of UAE experience
• Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
• Must came from a high-end/up-scale restaurant
• Candidates with pre-opening experienced will be prioritized
• Well-versed in the UAE Labour Law
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, visa processing, on boarding procedure, etc.)
• Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• Strong ethics and reliability

Requirements

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Develop training and development programs
• Assist in performance management processes
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
