POSITION: Filling Clerk
GRADE: 2
REPORTS TO: Accounts Supervisor
LOCATION: Al Ain
Job Purpose:
Ensure proper filing of records and support finance function.
Major Responsibilities:
• Filling of documents
• Omni doc uploading, attending invoice copy requests and follow up.
• Custodian of stationary/Invoices books/Old file maintenance and coordination with depots.
• Verification of stock/fixed assets/spare parts
Requirements
Knowledge & Skills:
• Intermediate/ Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
• One year relevant experience
• Computer knowledge required
