Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is Semi Government Entity looking for a Finance Administrator.

The Role:
• Facilitates the receiving of payments from subsidiaries to be signed by the authorized signatories and follows up to ensure all arrangements are satisfactory to hand payments back to subsidiary
• Assists with the effective management of the bank accounts, communications with banks and manage the completion and hand over of documents
• Support petty cash process management of documents with the departments and finance team
• Manages the department calendar; arranges appointments and meetings for the CFO ensuring optimum use of time
• Coordinates meetings; prepares agenda, program reports “to do list reports” and accompanies in meetings and administers action plans where required
• Develops and maintains systems to record and store documents, finance reports, presentations, memos and minutes, board resolutions and delegations of authority (Archiving inflow and outflow of finance department documents)
• Co-ordinates between entities/subsidiaries and related parties on behalf of the CFO and other members of the finance department, as appropriate
• Assists the team with the preparation of presentations and supports data collection and research, presenting findings where required.

Salary:
AED 13,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• 3-4 years’ experience in Admin role
• Someone with great Excel/PowerPoint skills
• Has experience in preparation of official letters
• Good in numbers – So finance background can be helpful but not necessary
• No customer service background please or at least not only customer service
