Finance Analyst

Quest Search & Selection is partnering with a well-established UAE retail group, a value-driven fashion retailer offering affordable ready-to-wear collections and a diverse range of products to customers across the UAE.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis while contributing to process improvements and financial efficiency initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management dashboards.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
• Perform cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Support strategic initiatives with data-driven financial insights.
• Improve financial reporting processes and enhance internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accuracy.

• 2–6 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
