Job description / Role
Our client is a renowned polymers distributor that has operated for over three decades by selling a wide range of polymers in multiple countries. They are currently seeking to expand their workforce and are looking to hire a temporary Financial Analyst (6-month contract).
Client Details
Our client is an international organisation whose expertise resides in polymer manufacturing and distribution. They have over a thousand customers spread across over 100 countries. They also play an active role in the recycling of plastic polymers.
Description
• Follow up continuously on foreign entities:
- Maintain frequent contact with local partners
- Provide legal documents to local authorities/banks/lawyers/etc.
- Follow-up bank partnership in foreign countries through their Know Your Customer (KYC) processes
- Coordinate with internal departments (Accounting, HR, etc.)
• Produce documents for credit applications
• Support CFO when required
• Create figures presentations for several meetings
• Constant updating of various reports on Excel
• Drafting procedures and presentations on PWP

Requirements
Experience Requirements:
• At least 2-3 years of prior work experience as an auditor in the Big Four or a similar position within an international company
• Understanding of the French accounting principles and procedures
• Master's Degree majoring in Finance, Audit or Controlling
Interpersonal Requirements:
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Portrays reliability and accuracy
• High level of confidentiality
• Excellent relationship skills (several frequent external and internal contacts)
• Strong negotiation skills
