Job description / Role
A new requirement has come up with an international company based in Abu Dhabi. This role will be heavily involved in processing payments, issuing invoices, following up payments, processing payment for providers, doing the weekly and monthly reconciliation and producing various accounting reports on a regular basis,
In addition to this, the role is expected to provide general administration support to the team in terms of arranging meetings, answering/screening telephone calls, liaising with PRO, assisting in doing research, organizing company events and performing other administration tasks that may be assigned.
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
- A higher diploma or bachelor degree holder
- Have good command of the English language; knowledge in Arabic is a plus
- Organized, detail oriented and has the ability to think outside the box
- Good in time management coupled with strong customer relationship skills
- Excellent knowledge in using Excel and Word. Knowledge in Access and QuickBooks would be a plus
- Willing to work in fast paced and demanding work environment
- Willing to work outside the normal working hours
