Finance Assistant

We are seeking for detail-oriented and motivated Finance Assistant to join our dynamic team in transportation industry located in Dubai. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop their career in finance and will play critical role in ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency, helping our organization to provide excellent service.

Responsibilities:
> Maintain accurate accounts receivable and payable records. Ensuring timely invoicing and payment collections.
> Posting transactions in the accounting software.
> Preparing bank and account reconciliation.
> Dealing with internal and external clients.

> Must be BS Accountancy/Commerce graduate or any related field.
> Well versed in reconciliation of accounts, keen to details, with strong analytical, and numerical skills.
> Strong organizational skills, and has the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
> Good communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to work well with the team members and other departments.
> Ability to work under minimum supervision and handle confidential information with integrity.
> Proficient in MS office particularly in excel; experience in accounting software is a plus.
> Minimum 2 years experience.
