Position Title: Finance Assistant – Accounts Payable
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Sharjah, UAE

About the Client:
An international group that specializes in design, manufacture, rental, and inspection of marine & lifting equipment in oil & energy sector.

Job Description:
• Process Accounts Payable, supplier statement reconciliations and expenses
• Support sales invoicing and process accounts receivable, supplier statements and credit control
• Process payments for approval on online banking system
• Prepare weekly payment run for review and approval by Finance Manager
• Attend weekly Finance/Operations supplier payment review meeting

Requirements

Qualifications:
• 40 years old and below
• At least 2 years of experience in related role
• Experience in using Sage 200 system is an advantage
• Immediately joiners or with maximum 1 month notice will be prioritized
