Our client is a multinational dairy cooperative, providing multiple brands in various markets all over the world. They are seeking to expand their workforce and are looking for a Finance Business Partner in Dubai.

Our client is a multinational dairy manufacturing company. The group is constantly growing; having operations spanning through multiple countries, with over 15,000 employees, and is responsible for over 20% of the world's dairy export. They are seeking to hire a Finance Business Partner to join their team.

Description

Role Accountabilities

* Provide objective tests and backing on key business decisions to assist in conveying out strategy.
* Build more commercial acumen all through the business, applying common logical and critical thinking methods including trend and variance analysis, 5 Whys and PDCA cycle.
* Draw in with multiple functions to recognize and support volume, price and blend improvement opportunities and cost optimisations.
* Lead drives to further develop process and performance across the business, including improvements in the proficiency and viability of demand generation spend.
* Lead finance engagement in IBP cycle to guarantee clear connection between spend and volume expectations, assembling a rolling 24+ month moving forecast for volume and value, including situation analyses of what-if situations.
* Ensure business critical achievement factors are deeply integrated into financial planning.
* Recognize and support distributor-related improvements, including claims processes.
* Continuous improvement of management data frameworks to give better analytics for a more profound insight.
* Support an expanded focus on economics value creation (EVA), return on capital (ROC) and balanced scorecard reporting.
* Strong and timely analysis of financial and non-financial information, providing insightful commentaries to drive business executions and backing decision making.
* Breakdown previous outcomes, perform variance analysis, identify trends and make proposals for improvements.
* Regular reporting of performance measurements, KPIs and drive achievements.
* Consistently improve budgeting, planning and reporting processes to drive more prominent productivity.
* Ensure a strong governance foundation, utilizing centres of excellence and shared services to provide number the business can trust and depend on.
* Support finance group in guaranteeing compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
* Perform free control checks, including distributor debit notes.
* Ensure all costs are tracked and maintained within approved levels, including customary review of accruals vs. expected expenditures to ensure no surprise.

Integrated Business management:

* Support IBP lead, to ensure and maintain fundamental Level B accreditation.
* Ensure relegated product management review (PMR), Demand Review (DR) and Integrated Tactical Planning (ITP) KPIs are being met and there is an activity intend to ensure timely closure of KPIs gaps.
* Ensure KPIs are kept up with and investigated in all Distributor Business Reviews by means of Distributor Scorecards. The KPIs need to nr part of performance review for all Distributors.

Health & safety Accountabilities - Individual Contributor:

* The employee will recognize and report all risks and incidents.
* The employee will take part completely in the Health and Safety improvement process.
* The employee will co-operate fully in any injury management process to guarantee full investment in the workforce after cleared fit for obligations by a registered medical practitioner.

Food safety and Quality Accountabilities:

* The employee will be acquainted with and conform to all aspects of Fonterra's food quality systems, policies and processes.
* The employee will identify and report all food safety and/or food quality hazards or breaches.
* The employee will report any instance of suspected and/or confirmed contagious/infectious illnesses, which has the potential to implicate food safety, including any instance of vomiting, diarrhea, or blood borne infections. This includes, but is not restricted to, any local regulatory requirements.

Requirements

* Tertiary qualification in Finance/ Accounting. - Preferably a Chartered Accountant
* Post-graduate and/or professional qualification in Finance or Accounting
* Over 3 - 5 years of experience in financial planning
* Commercial acumen and strategic expertise
* Able to deal with ambiguity and complexity
* Bias towards action and willingness to take ownership for developing solutions
* Track record of developing and maintaining key partnerships
* Excellent analytical skills
* Solid interpersonal skills
