• Big 4 Experience especially in submitting new proposals to clients
• Mid-career who seeks growth.
• Strong numeric & analytical skills and an excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written (must be fluent in English)
• Strong time management and organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure, to regular tight deadlines, and the ability to prioritize key tasks
• The ability to problem solve, analyze situations and identify key issues
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a multitude of different stakeholders
• Flexibility in working to short deadlines and meeting the needs of the business
• Resilience when facing ambiguity or resistance
