Job description / Role
About the Client:
The hiring company is one of the leading real estate agencies in Dubai.
Job Role:
- Reports to Chairman
- Maintain good relationship, negotiate terms and manage reconciliations with the banks
- Handle all accounting and financial system
- Responsible for the general ledger, auditing, budgeting, management reporting, cost control, and payroll
- Handle the cost control and monthly payroll for all entities checked by the HR for manpower headcount
Requirements
Requirements:
- 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- With at least 5 years’ experience on the same field
- Proven experience in finance management, auditing and sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills
