Our client, a Multinational Professional Services company is recruiting a Financial Director to be based out of their offices in Dubai

Description

* Assist the leadership team with building commercial strategies
* Business partner effectively with the commercial team and other department team leaders
* Provide financial analysis for all financial activities in the business
* Liaise with external parties such as Government bodies or banks
* Supervise end to end financials including tax, payroll and internal audit p
* Coach and mentor the finance team
* Present the analysis/findings in periodic board meetings
* Responsible for maintaining efficiency in operations and profitability of the portfolio

Requirements

* Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or related; Professional Accounting qualification such as CA, ACCA, CIMA or related is a MUST
* Experience at a Multinational is MUST; preference would be given to candidates with a Professional Services background
* Prior experience in business partnering extensively with commercial/sales/marketing team is a MUST
