Job description / Role

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Director to join a leading real estate and community management partner in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing finance for Owners’ Associations, a deep understanding of RERA regulations, and solid exposure to the UAE real estate and community management sector.

Location: Dubai

• Proven track record as a Finance Director or in a senior finance role within property management
• Experience in Owners’ Association finance management
• Strong knowledge of RERA and real estate finance compliance
• Strategic financial planning and budgeting skills
• Experience liaising with community stakeholders and management partners
