Our client is a growing Marketing and Advisory group that focus on the brand experience creation. They are seeking to expand their leadership team and hire a Chief Financial Officer/Finance Director in Dubai.

The group is a developing services firm, focusing on Advertising, Branding, and Marketing, along with other services across the region. They are looking to expand their exec board and hire a CFO/FD to transform their Finance function.
Description
The CFO/Finance Director will report to the CEO and CIO of the Investing business, and be responsible for:
Strategy and Policy Implementation (30%)
* Creates overall organizational finance strategy and development of marketable strategies to ensure finance well-being of the firm
* Drive short-term and long-term financial planning for the organization
* Lay out financial functional systems by assessing patterns; establishing critical measurements, overseeing financial plans, forecasts, actuals, and monitoring performance to ensure the financial well being and integrity of the organization.
* Ensures top tier compliance, processes surpassing statutory/regulatory requirement standards
* Develops organization prospects by studying financial patterns and revenue opportunities; projecting procurement and expansion possibilities; analysing organization operations; identifying opportunities for development, cost reduction and systems enhancement, and accumulating cash-flow to finance development
* Achieves finance and organizations mission by completing related outcomes as needed.
Stakeholder Management - Auditors and Board Members (25%)
* Cooperating with banks/foundations/international organizations for orchestrating debt funding, private equity, working capital, etc. and compliance to month-to-month financials and other contracts, relating to various Foreign and domestic debt facilities.
* Amplifies return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities and keeping up with associations with the investment community
* Ensure adherence to administrative compliance in India and Australia by overseeing the financial and statutory reporting process
Reporting and Compliance (25%)
* Overseeing the financial performance by estimating and examining results, initiating remedial activities, and minimising the impact of changes
* Reports monetary status by preparing forecasts, reporting outcomes, analysing variances, and developing enhancements.
* Provides support and backing to the group of direct reports on monetary implications of business procedures and decisions.
Team Management (20%)
* Leading a team of six senior Finance professionals - overseeing their day-to-day tasks, guiding and training the team

Requirements
The successful Senior Finance professional will have:
* An MBA in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or other suitable field of study
* Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, ACA, CMA) is preferred
* 10-15 years of experience with at least the last 2-3 years in a Senior Management role
* Ability to strategize and solve problems
* Strong leadership and business partnering skills
