Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a well-established Real Estate investment group who is looking to hire a Director to join their finance and investments team.
As the Director you will work closely with the Vice President and report to the Senior Vice President. You will capitalise on the long-term profit on assets, build fiscal management capability and nurture its current assets and portfolio of funds to maximise growth and impact.
In this role you will lead a variety of elaborate, highly valued corporate and structured financial transactions on a continuous basis. You will also strategize with the Senior Management on raising funds, developing financial forecasts, preparing financial models and actively participating in the decision making process relating to buying and selling of assets. You will also be responsible for reviewing the existing framework and/or propose amendments and recommendations as per business requirements. Other key responsibilities would include assisting financing activities for both new and current investments and maintain relationships with various financial institutions and Partners.
Salary:
AED
55,000 to 60,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have over 15 years’ of extensive experience within commercial Real Estate, property management and asset valuation with at least 8 years’ in a managerial position. Candidates should be fully qualified CA/CFA/CIMA and have the decision making capability. You should be self-motivated to take initiatives and be able to prioritise tasks. It is essential that you demonstrate excellent interpersonal and people management skills with key attention to details.
