Finance Director - Facilities Management

We are partnering with a leading Facilities Management company to recruit an experienced Finance Director with a solid background in the FM, contracting, or service industry. This is a strategic leadership role focused on financial oversight, operational risk management, and ensuring the company’s long-term financial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full spectrum of financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
• Lead cash flow management to ensure healthy liquidity and operational efficiency.
• Evaluate and mitigate financial risks; implement internal controls and governance practices.
• Provide strategic financial input to support executive decision-making and business growth.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other key financial stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with operational and commercial teams to drive financial performance.

• Minimum 8–10 years of finance leadership experience, ideally within Facilities Management, contracting, or service-based industries.
• Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Proven experience in cash flow management, financial planning, and risk mitigation.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
