Finance Executive

As a Finance Executive you will be overseeing and control the all aspects concerning cash receipt and disbursement of Petty cash. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating Accounts, billing and credit card. You should display an approachable and professional demeanour, with a blend of excellent communication to all guest interaction.

What you will be doing:

- Collect the cash envelope of F/O and F&B Cashiers' from Safety Box and then count cash of each cashier with the previous cash sales under witness on a daily basis
- To record all amounts received in the General Cashier Daily Report.
- Prepare a weekly Petty Cash Disbursement accordingly.
- Disburse Petty Cash for each department

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Previous relevant in Accounts Receivable and General Cashier
- Fluency in English;
