Job description / Role
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Develop and monitor budgets and financial plans.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to junior finance team members.
• Requirements
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:
Skills:
• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Key Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and management.
