What you will be doing

Our Finance Graduate Program aims to attract, nurture, and develop passionate talents. This program offers you excellent industry expertise, proficient cross-functional knowledge, and outstanding business insights, fostering a rich and rewarding career in Luxury Retail.

You'll be given the go-ahead to challenge the status quo and use your innovative ideas to add value to everything you do.

You will participate in tailored rotations across finance teams, where you will be directly exposed to many aspects of the business. You'll make the most of the program via rotating placements, directly experiencing different ideas and actual projects across the business - all while building your network along the way.

The program aims to provide all-around business finance knowledge that gives broader meaning to the ambitions and deliverables of each dedicated rotation. This would come from both continuous on the job training by our world class Finance team and in- class learning from our Chalhoub University + CIMA Finance qualification.

- Duration: 18 months Program.
- Location: Dubai - Jebel Ali Head Offices 1 & 2 & Dubai Design District.
- Streams: Corporate Finance, Commercial Finance, Regional Finance (UAE), Treasury & Joint Ventures / SGII - Finance.

What you'll need to succeed

- Completed a bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting
- Good English language communication skills, both written and spoken.
- You must be eligible to live and work full-time in the UAE, company sponsorship/ residency permit will be provided for the duration of the program.
- Eager to find out answers, learn and continuously develop yourself.
- Willing to create trust with the people you interact with through active listening, integrity, and modesty.
- Willing to improve your and the team's performance by embracing positive candor and rolling up your sleeves to surpass the common norm.
- Determined to make an impact throughout the organization by shaking the status quo with your new ideas and creative approach.
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment and interact effectively with multiple stakeholders through a solid situational sensitivity.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Smooth communicator and with demonstrated ability to positively influence others.
- Resulted oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a willingness to face up to business challenges in creative and strategic ways.
