Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Looking for an experienced person from Sanitryware/Building Material Industry.

JOB PROFILE
• Handling various remittance and cross border transactions
• Import / Export and Letter of credits / Bank Guarantees
• Day to day accounting following guidelines and accounting principles
• Handling new subsidiary / subsidiaries in UAE AND other countries
• Passing various bills including traveling, administration etc.
• Coordination with Customers and H.O. on regular basis
• Using ERP for various accounting and MIS, updating ERP for various masters -Item, Vendor, Customer
• Prepare Projected Cash Flow, PL, BS on periodical basis while proposing analytical reports
• Dealers management and Incentive computation
• Control on A/R, Inventory and Advances
• Co-ordinate with other departments to extend various support and timely closings
• Have control on country / employee expenses, manpower productivity, Insurance claims etc.
• A big support to Operations being guide and showing road map in line of Financials
• Various Countries coordination and sponsorship /advertisement controls
• Bank Reconciliation, payments and expenses accounting
• Fixed Assets management, Monthly trial balance and keeping all Accounting records
• Coordination with Statutory Auditor, Internal Auditor and various consultants

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS (HARDWARE)

• Experience in Trading accounting
• Experience of Expat accounting
• Experience of working in ERP atmosphere - Oracle / SAP
• Experience of MIS and finalization of books of accounts
• Experience of Budgeting and budgetory controls • Experience of Foreign Remittance and Insurance • Experience of Cross border transactions
