Finance Manager

Job description / Role

• Preparing and finalizing monthly and yearly budgets in compliance with financial controls.
• Leading the finance department team cross-functionally into Accounting, Purchase and Inventory.
• Drafting monthly and year end financial statements entailing Monthly Reports and Cash forecast.
• Supervising the hard closing of the accounts at the end of each semester and issue financial statements to be used
internally.
• Monitoring accounts payable, accounts receivable (Employees Loan, Petty Cash), bank reconciliation and cash flow
position reports.
• Preparing financial reports for the accreditation of the new academic programs.
• Facilitating external audits and ensuring compliance to statutory norms.
• Scrutinizing expenses and approving if appropriate.
• Reviewing trail balance, checking for discrepancies and mitigating them.

Position is not limited to the above duties.

Requirements

1. Must be Male.
2. Must be Arab Nationality.
3. Age must be not less than 37 Yrs old.
4. Accounting degree is must.
5. Education work field background is must. (university/ Academy/ College or Training centers)
