Finance Manager

Job description / Role

Inspire Selection has an exclusive mandate for our client in JLT. This is a private investment company with a small team, and is therefore a varied and hands-on role.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining personal reconciliations
• Coordinating the execution of legal restructuring based on advice received from external experts -UK & UAE
• Assistance with the Tax related work
• Registration of companies for VAT and filing of VAT returns
• Preparation of periodic cashflow forecasts
• Preparation of Net Asset Valuation report for the group
• Preparation of appropriate vendor management policies
• Internal Controls
• Audit of all entities
• Monitoring income from investments in liaison with the investments manager
• Monitoring projects that require progress payments and ensuring compliance with the contracts
• Maintaining banking relationships including optimum balances, KYC updates, company information updates
• Setting up new accounts and closing existing accounts as per company strategy

Salary:
AED 16,000 to 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Qualified CA
• 6-8 years PQE
• Big 4 trained
• Friendly team player
