Job description / Role
Finance Manager role is available with an international bank based in Dubai, UAE. The team is responsible for financial control functions of the branches in accordance to the bank.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the financial control functions of the branches
• Supervision of accounts payable, travel & entertainment expenses and fixed asset processes
• Manage bank accounts and all Finance operational risks
• Liaison with the local regulators and management of all aspects of finance regulatory reporting, including the preparation of regulatory returns
• Compliance with all local tax regulations (including VAT)
• Prepare all financial reports, budgets and forecasts as required by local and regional management
Requirements
Requirements:
• 5+ years' experience in similar Financial Control role(s) within financial institution(s).
• Preference on Banks with an international presence
• Business or Finance/Accountancy Degree, Qualified Accountant preferable
