Job description / Role
Charterhouse is currently working with a leading law firm who are looking to hire a new Finance Manager to head up their Dubai based operation.
You will be joining a well-established firm with a great senior leadership team, who have an excellent reputation for career progression as well as a great company culture which shows in the day to day environment in the office.
This role requires all-around commercial finance skills from budgeting and forecasting to accruals / prepayments. You will lead the transactional side of the finance team and assist secretaries in the billing process. To ensure that the firm stays ahead of the market, you will liaise with the global commercial finance team on local pricing as well as the regional roll out of new pricing schemes.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be a qualified Accountant and ideally have experience of using the 3E system. You should have strong legal finance experience within the UAE and as well as the ability to confidently lead a small team. You should also have the commercial awareness to understand the dynamics of how a top professional services firm operates and how the finance team assist in helping drive the performance.
