A Dubai based influencer marketing platform that aims to bring together brands to engage with thousands of top influencers to run campaigns at speed and scale.
The gist is that this person should be able to handle our financial and account reporting, and processing accounts payable and receivable - A person that is flexible and enjoys the challenges of working with a small team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. YOUR DAILY TASKS AND CHALLENGES:
• Oversee the financial operations of the organization and sister companies;
• Advise on investment plans, monitor the company’s finances and produce financial reports
• Work closely with management to develop and implement strategies and plans to achieve the company’s long-term objectives.
• Manage the preparation of the company’s budget;
• Maintain the financial health of the organization ;
• Reporting to the Management with the progress.

Requirements
YOU WILL PERFECTLY FIT THE SHOES IF YOU HAVE:
Experience, Skills and Abilities:
• Several years of experience in finance management with UAE based business and/or international clients;
• Proven knowledge of financial analysis and strategy;
• In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry legislation in UAE
• Business level fluency in English (articulation and writing);
• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field, Master’s degree is an advantage;
• CFA, CPA or other financial certifications is an advantage;
• Ability to work self-organized and effectively in a remote environment;
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Exceptional analytical skills for analyzing client data;
• Time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks at once;
• Agility and proactivity skills.
