Position Title: Finance Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 25K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A group of companies involved in various growing industries such as equity investment, automotive, real estate, trading and immigration services

Job Description:
• Conduct cash flow forecast for real estate development project and maintain the financial health of the organization
• Manage and deal with escrow account with related authorities in the course of project development
• Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met
• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action
• Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans

Requirements

Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager
• Experience in Real Estate Industry and familiar with common practice of Real Estate project development is a must
• Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting
• CA/ACCA/ CPA from a recognized professional institution.
• Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Arabic speakers will be preferred
