Currently seeking a talented and experienced Finance Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in our continued success. They engineer, produce and operate a fleet of heavy cargo with the aim to deliver the best quality and autonomous air crafts. They are a dynamic team of passionate individuals, constantly pushing boundaries and redefining the industry standard.
Description
* Financial management, identifying sources of financing considering market conditions
* Composing financial plans, cash flow budgets
* Composing and updating income statements
* Formation of company's loan portfolio
* Preparation of business plans and management reporting
* Financial and economic analysis of Company's activities
* Monitoring compliance of financial and economic calculations
* Analysis and assessment of financial risks, development of measures to minimise them
* Control over inventories and accounting of company's assets
* Communicating with banks on the development of new products, opening letters of credit, conducting official correspondence with banks, exchange of documents
* Analysis and assessment of the financial results of the company
* Participation in negotiations, conferences, seminars, workshops
* Ensuring high-quality and timely provision of necessary financial information to internal and external users
* Support of external audits
* Preparing and saving standard reporting forms for Company management in the Company's electronic document management system (EDMS).

Requirements:
* Master's degree in Finance, Economy or Management
* Relevant experience (not less than 5 years) in corporate finance
* Practical experience of management of a manufacturing enterprise in a system management model
* Ability to analyse processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies
