Position Title: Finance Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A global Petrochemical Group of Companies that trades and manufactures a wide array of coating products

Job Description:
• Monitors financial position, activities and capital structure and the respect of covenants given to banks and third parties and hedging arrangements, as applicable.
• Works with banks to run daily operations and keep the working capital lines well managed and controlled and provide the banks with all required information and prepare the reports to renew and update the granted facility lines after negotiations based on the bank’s needs.
• Manages interest rate risk by continuous exploring of a better market price and introducing new competitive banking relationships to the board.
• Prepares a cash flow forecast. Review this regularly on a daily/ weekly basis and ensure the cash is being managed properly. With insuring regular payments of payroll taxes, salaries, and VAT.
• Develops appropriate key performance indicators to monitor and drive the financial performance of the group members.

Qualifications:
• Open to any nationalities
• Male, 40 years old and below
• CA / CPA or a degree in Finance, Master’s in Business Administration is an added advantage
• At least 10-15 years of experience in Finance/Paint Manufacturing/Raw Chemicals industry
• Practical experience in project financing, treasury, risk management, and fiscal matters.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams of professional-level staff.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Proficient in IT and PC skills
