Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager in the building materials industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to the organization. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance department, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support for strategic initiatives and business development.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to foster a high-performing and cohesive team.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in financial regulations to ensure the organization remains compliant and competitive.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
- Proven experience in a finance management role, preferably within the building materials industry or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Experience with financial software and systems, with a focus on leveraging technology for process improvement and automation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary:
AED 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
