Finance Manager

Job description / Role

- Drive the Finance team in all sections (GL, Treasury, MIS, costing and Inventory team, AR, AP, Fixed Assets) and assist in decision making at all levels to support business goals and strategies in line with the CFO set’s objectives.
- Review the financial entries along with its working schedule and reduce reversal entries and ensure all the Balance Sheet accounts are reconciled
- Coordinate with the internal audit division as well as with external auditors, to ensure all financial transactions, transfers and processes are carried out accurately, efficiently, and according to Financial Reporting standards.
- Assist the CFO to develop the Key Finance KPIs and recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of the business

Qualifications:
- Open to Arabic nationalities
- 45 years old and below
- Preferably with CPA from US or ACCA, or CA from UK qualifications and strong knowledge of IFRS standards is a must
- Minimum 8 years financial experience in supervisory role (Finance Director, Financial Controller , Finance Manager) in a big size FMCG company
- Must have Audit Experience in one of the Big 4 audit firms for at least 3 years
