Finance Manager

Guildhall is partnering with a leading retail business in the UAE to hire a Finance Manager to join a dynamic retail business in Dubai! If you have a strong background in financial management and retail finance, and you are ready to contribute to the financial success of a growing business, this is an exciting opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and growth.
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations (VAT, corporate tax).
• Manage POS reconciliation, sales reporting, margin analysis, and store financial performance.
• Lead risk management initiatives and enforce internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies.
• Collaborate with senior management on financial strategies and business expansion plans.
• Mentor and lead the finance team, ensuring skill development and performance optimization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA/ACCA preferred).
• 5-8 years of experience in financial management, ideally within the retail sector.
• Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, cost control, and UAE tax regulations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
