Finance Manager

Job description / Role

Our Poulty and fresh products group is looking for an experienced finanace expert to join our team. An experience in FMCG is a must and an experience in poultry industry is preferred.
• Poultry farms (breeder & broiler)
• Layer farms
• Slaughterhouse

The Roles :

Manage all accounting transactions efficiently.
• Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports as per company and legal accounting standards.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Reconcile accounts and manage financial records accurately.
• Oversee payable/receivable transactions and cash flow management.
• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize company resources and enhance profitability.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for the business.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial and operational strategies and drive overall company performance.
• Evaluate investments, operational performance, and profitability of different poultry projects.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Al Ameen Software ERP ( preferred ) and Odoo.
• Previous experience in FMCG/Food & Beverage (F&B) is a must.
• Previous experience in poultry industry (farms, breeder/broiler, layer, or slaughterhouse) is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP accounting systems.
• Ability to commute/relocate to Al Ain.
• Languages: Arabic & English (preferred).

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
