Job description / Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving financial performance in a fast-paced facility management environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a passion for optimizing financial processes while collaborating closely with various departments to support our business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop financial strategies in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with international and local financial regulations and standards.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for management and stakeholders that provide insights into business performance.
- Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.
- Conduct audits to assess the financial health of the organization and implement necessary improvements.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and promote informed decision-making across the company.
- Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (CMA, CPA) preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive financial management experience, preferably in facility management or related industry.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
- Proficient in financial modeling, reporting, and analytics; advanced Excel skills are a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing finance teams.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
Salary:
AED
12,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
