Position Title: Finance Manager

About the Client:
A leading provider of high-performance industrial rubber belts and conveyor solutions, delivering reliability and innovation to power diverse industries, based in Dubai.

Job Description:
• Manage tax planning and ensure compliance with local/international tax regulations; coordinate and lead external audits.
• Oversee accurate and timely preparation of financial and management reports, KPIs, and ERP-based analysis for decision-making.
• Prepare, monitor, and analyze budgets and forecasts, providing insights to align company performance with financial targets.
• Support strategic planning, monitor cash flow, and provide financial analysis to optimize funding decisions, including loans and financing needs.

• Open to Asian nationalities, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; preferably CPA or CMA
• At least 5 years of finance & accounting experience within manufacturing or production sector
• Must have a strong knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
