Boutique Financial Services firm seeking a Head of Finance to manage all accounting and finance for the growing firm. This position would report directly to the CEO and oversee a small team of junior accountants.
Client Details
The client is a growing boutique Financial Services firm based in Dubai. They are growing their presence across the GCC and opening up offices in KSA and Kuwait. This role would be pivotal in budgeting, forecasting, and managing cash flow in parallel with this growth so direct experience in small environments managing similar growth is required.
Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Provide strategic financial input regarding crucial business growth initiatives
* Cash-flow forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis
* Cost-reduction analysis
* Review of operational performance
* Monthly closing and the preparation of consolidated financial statements
* Monthly payroll and quarterly VAT filings

Requirements
Candidates that will be seriously considered for the role will meet the following minimum qualifications:
* ACCA/ACA/CPA qualified
* 7-12 years of direct experience in accounting and finance
* Must be currently based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi with working experience within the GCC
* Financial Services background highly preferable
* Experience in small, boutique, or start-up environments required
