Job description / Role
Position Description:
Swan is looking for a looking for suitable candidate to handle an appropriate finance control framework and ensure consistent application across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing the collection, handling and payout of cash
• Create strategies to optimize the company’s cash position
• Maintain the timely completion and presentation of periodic and annual financials
• Handle an appropriate finance control framework and ensure consistent application across the company
• Analyze all cash flow statement to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting for the company
• Oversee record keeping, daily reconciliation as well as booking all cash and bank transactions into the system
• Provide financial advice as and when required
• Generate monthly management accounts
• Responsible for cash flow management
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliation
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Experience of handling most Finance (including invoicing, accounting, reconciliation, financial reporting, vat filing etc.) at a small company or startup
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or its equivalent from a recognized university
• At least 5 and above years of experience in the same role required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Should be able to carry out project feasibility and pricing analysis
• Good management skills
• Ability to generate good financial reports
